HOW TO RETURN
Making a return is easy.
· Send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt.
· Confirm what item(s) you would like to return on the Packing Slip sent with your order, remembering to inform us of the reason for the return as per the codes provided. If this form is missing/misplaced, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you another.
· FYT does not accept any returns charges so please ensure you use a suitable service with appropriate packaging to return the items back to us at the following address:

· You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed back into the same account the garment was originally purchased from.
Please note that all returns should be sent back in the original packaging, unworn with their original designer tags attached. Fine Young Things Ltd will not accept non-faulty items that have been worn, used and /or garment tags removed. In such cases the item will be returned at a cost to the client.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred within 28 days. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you have any queries, or wish to discuss the returns or refund procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to avoid disappointment we advise you to place a new order for any items you wish to exchange and request a refund for your return item/s, as the item/s you want may sell out in the time it takes us to receive and process your return.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at email@example.com
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged and returned to us within the 14 day returns policy unworn and with tags still on them. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced within 30 days of its receipt.
